**this product may be sold frozen,if so, defrost and use within 48hours or put back into your freezer and use within 6 months**
depending on thickness of chops...
(25mm thick)takes approx :
shallow fry 3-4 minutes each side remove from pan and let rest covered in foil for 5mins before serving..
Also can be cooked in foil for approx 30mins(DONT FORGET to season before cooking)

Correctly cooked and rested, these t-bone lamb chops from James and his team, are just about as good as any good beef steak I’ve eaten.
