to cook,season if desired then roast in a med ovenFan 160c Mk4for
Rare 50mins - Medium 60mins - Well Done 70mins
After cooking cover roast with foil and let rest in a warm area for
approx 15mins before carving. Min weight 750g.Cook to +75c
