Made to a Scottish Champion recipe we belive this is the best Black Pudding in Scotland!!!
Water, Beef Fat (22%), Oatmeal, Rusk (Wheat Flour (Contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Salt), Dried Blood, Dehydrated Onion, Salt, Ground Spices, Mustard, Emulsifier (E451), Herbs, Yeast Extract, Spice Extract.
If unsliced, sliced to desired thickness(1-1.5cm)
Grill/Fry over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes each side.
Bake in baking tray and in place in a heated oven for 8-10 minutes at 180C/GM4.
Microwave on full power on a microwave dish covered with cling film for 1-2 minutes.
