Cooking Instructions

recipe idea

4 tbsp olive oil,
1 kg braising steak, cubed
2 medium onions, sliced
1 bottle red wine (750ml)
salt and pepper
3 carrots, sliced
100 grams small button mushrooms
3 garlic cloves, crushed
3 tbsp all-purpose flour
250 ml beef stock
METHOD fry off meat to brown gently, mix through dry goods than add stock and wine simmer for 5-10mins,then transfer into a casserole dish and cook in a low-med oven (150c-170c)for a couple of hours (corn flour can be added at the end of cooking if you want to thicken up the broth)
