Award winning bacon cured by hand using the very finest specially selected Scottish pork.Oak smoked adds to the flavour. No water is added to our bacon, resulting in a full flavoured, meaty bacon with minimal shrinkage during cooking.
To Grill: Remove all packaging. Place under a pre-heated grill on a medium/high heat and grill for 4-5 minutes, turning occasionally.
To Shallow Fry: Remove all packaging. Pre-heat a non-stick pan or use a little oil, shallow fry and once heated, cook the bacon for 3- 5 minutes, turning occasionally.
