Seal the meat over a high heat in a nonstick frying pan and fry the on all sides,transfer to a roasting tin and cook in a pre-heated oven for 14-15 minutes (for medium(+65c)) or 19-21minutes (for well done(+72c)) at 190C/Mk5.
